中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变光凝后视功能的恢复

目的 观察中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变经激光治疗后的视功能恢复情况。方法 检测24例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者激光治疗前后的视力和黄斑光敏度，并与28例正常志愿者的无病变眼进行对照。结果 激光治疗后中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者视力恢复至正常，而黄斑光敏度不能完全恢复。结论 中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变可能存在弥漫性的脉络膜和视网膜色素上皮功能障碍，针对渗漏点的光凝治疗只能达到部分效果。黄斑光敏度检查可以作为随访该病发展的一个指标。
