摘    要:铅是一种严重危害人类健康的重金属,可以影响人体神经、造血、骨骼、消化、泌尿、心血管和免疫等各个系统及器官功能。医学研究证实,环境铅可通过呼吸道、消化道、皮肤进入人体,影响机体各系统功能。现己经证明,铅在人体的分布,先在血液等软组织中进行,然后经再分布过程,最终铅负荷的95%储存在骨中。长期以来人们已经意识到骨是铅吸收后的贮存库,并怀疑骨不仅仅是贮存库,还是铅毒性作用的靶器官。铅对骨骼系统的影响日益受到人们的广泛重视。本文就此综述了国内外的研究进展。
