摘    要:目的探讨survivin在食管癌组织中的表达及其与caspase-3和临床病理的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测正常食管黏膜及食管癌组织中survivin和caspase-3的表达情况,分析它们的表达及与病理学特征的关系。结果 Survivin蛋白在食管正常组织、原位癌和进展性癌病变进展过程中呈递增趋势,而caspase3蛋白呈递减趋势,二者呈明显的负相关(P<0.01);survivin表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移明显相关(P<0.01),与年龄、组织学分级、局部浸润程度无关(P>0.05)。结论食管癌中survivin可通过诱发凋亡的效应性蛋白酶caspase-3抑制凋亡促使肿瘤增殖。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of survivin and caspase-3 in esophageal carcinoma, and to study their correlation with clinical pathology. Methods The expressions of survivin and caspase-3 in normal esophageal mucosa and esophageal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method, and the relationship between these expressions and clinical pathology characteristics was analyzed. Results A trend of increasing expression of survivin protein and decreasing expression of caspase-3 protein was found in tissues by order of normal esophageal mucosa, carcinoma in-situ and advanced carcinoma, indicating a negative correlation between survivin and caspase-3 expressions in these three groups (P〈0.01). The expression of survivin was significantly correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P〈0.01), but not with patient age, histological grades and local infiltration (P〉0.05). Conclusion Survivin may accelerate tumor growth by inducing apoptosis effector caspase-3 to inhibit apoptosis in esophageal carcinoma.
