美托洛尔和降纤酶联合治疗肺心病快速型心律失常

摘    要:目的探讨小剂量美托洛尔和降纤酶在慢性肺源性心脏病并快速型心律失常治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法74例患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)36例和治疗组(常规治疗+美托洛尔和降纤酶组)38例,治疗组加用小剂量美托洛尔和降纤酶,观察两组治疗前后心肺功能血液流变学、Hb变化。结果治疗组显效率(68.4%)和总有效率(94.7%)均高于对照组(显效率11.1%,总有效率52.8%)。血液流变学各项指标改善均优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论美托洛尔和降纤酶联合治疗肺心病并快速型心律失常具有协同作用,且安全高效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therpeutive effct and safety of small-dose of metoprolol and defibrase on chronic pulmonary heart disease with tachyarrhythmia.Methods The cases of corpulmonale with tachyarrhythmia were allocated to two groups:routine treatment group(control group) and treatment group.The treatment group was given small-does of metoprolol and defibrase in addition to control group.To observe the change of heart-lung function in both groups,compare the treatment group with the control group in blood rheology and Hb,before and after treatment.Results The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were higher in treatment group(markedly effective rate 68.4%,total effective rate 94.7%) than those in control group,and the improvement of any aspect of blood rheology was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with defibrase has synergism,safety and high effection in treating corpulmonale with tachyarrhythmia.
