| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）依那普利对早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效。方法：采用前后对照方法，分别检测治疗前后尿微量白蛋白（Alb）、空腹血糖（FBG）及血压进行比较分析。结果：依那普利治疗后尿微量白蛋白较治疗前明显减少（P〈0．01）；空腹血糖与血压基本稳定。结论：依那普利对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾脏具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this article was to observe the curative effect of enalapril(an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor)for inchoate diabetic nephropathy.Methods:To compare and analyze microdosis urinary albumin(Alb),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and blood pressure before and after treatment.Results:After using enalapril microdosis urinary albumin decreased obviously compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),while fasting blood glucose and blood pressure stabilized basically.Conclusion:Enalapril has an effect to protect kidney for patients with inchoate diabetic nephropathy. |
