慢性细菌性前列腺炎锌含量与局部免疫功能的实验研究

目的:通过研究中药对慢性细菌性前列腺炎动物模型前列腺锌含量和局部免疫功能的影响,进一步探讨锌含量与前列腺局部免疫功能在慢性细菌性前列腺炎中的作用及其关系。方法:用大肠杆菌建立大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)病理模型,分别用前愈汤剂和前列泰片进行治疗,利用原子吸收光谱仪检测大鼠前列腺锌含量;观察对病理模型前列腺局部免疫功能的影响,分别利用免疫放射法和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠前列腺分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)和白介素8(IL—8)水平。结果:正常对照组与模型组相比、中药治疗组与模型组相比,锌含量差异分别有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。正常对照组与模型组相比、中药治疗组与模型对照组相比,SIgA和IL—8水平分别有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:慢性细菌性前列腺炎发病与锌缺乏和前列腺局部免疫功能下降有密切关系,经过中药治疗后,前列腺锌含量和局部免疫功能得到了改善,结合观察光镜下前列腺形态学的变化,病变的前列腺间质炎症反应减轻及促进了病损修复,说明锌含量和局部免疫功能的改变与慢性细菌性前列腺炎的发生和发展有关,可作为临床治疗的重要参考指标。

Experimental Study on the level of Zinc and local immunity in Chronic bacterial Prostatitis

Objective : To study traditional Chinese medical in treating Chronic bacterial Prostatitis Model through regulate the level of Zinc and local immunity in the rat's prostate so as to investigate the effect and relation of Zinc and local immunity in Chronic bacterial Prostatitis.Methods : The pathological models of Chronic bacterial prostatitis was established by injecting standard E. Coli in the rat's prostate.And the model was treated with QianYu and QianLieTai to observe its effect.Examine the level of Zinc in the rat's prostate by atomic absorb spectrograph.Examine the evel SIgA and IL-8 in the rat's prostate respectively by IR and ELISA.Results: Compare the treatment of traditional Chinese medical to CBP model,between the normal group and model group,there were respective significant difference(P<0.05) in the level of Zinc,SIgA and IL—8.Conclusion: The development of Chronic bacterial Prostatitis has markedly relation with the level of Zinc and local immunity of rat's prostate,which have been improved by the treatment of Traditional Chinese medical,observe the changes of prostate histology under light microscop,prostatic tissue has been repaired,and mesenchymal inflammatory reaction has been alleviated.It indicates that the changes of the level of Zinc and local immunity in term of the developing mechanism of Chronic bacterial Prostatitis,and we can take it as important referent parameat for clinic treatment.
