| 摘 要： | 采用双盲法将103例脑血管疾病分为2组,灯盏细辛胶囊组74例(男49例,女25例;年龄64±11yr),剂量为3粒(每粒含灯盏花素45mg),tid,po。另1组为丹参胶囊组29例(男18例,女11例; 年龄66±7yr),剂量为3粒(每粒含丹参生药2g),tid,po。2组均连用8wk。前者临床总有效率为87％,高于丹参组(P<0.01)。且有降低血压、改善血液流变学及抑制体外血栓形成等作用。

| Abstract: | Seventy-four patients (M 49, F 25; age 64±11yr) with cerebrovascular disease received Erigeron breviscapus capsules (EB), 3 capsules, tid, po (each capsule contains EB 45mg) for 8wk. The other 29 patients (M 18, F 11; age 66±Yyr) received Salvia miltiorrhiza, 3 capsules, tid, po (each capsule contains Salvia miltiorrhiza 2g) for 8wk to serve as control. The total response rate of EB capsule group was 87%, higher than that of salvia miltiorrhiza group (45%), P<0.01. The EB capsule reduced blood pressure, improved rheologie parameters and reduced the thrombus formation in vitro. |
