| 摘 要： | 目的了解军队老年甲型H1N1流感轻症患者居家隔离治疗期间焦虑状态及其原因。方法采用焦虑自评量表对居家隔离治疗的62例军队老年甲型H1N1流感轻症患者进行调查。结果共有42例患者焦虑评分总粗分超过40分的正常上限。患者焦虑评分为(32.33±9.34)分,高于中国常模。引起焦虑的原因包括对疾病预后担心,对居家隔离治疗不理解、不信任,担心家庭成员受影响。结论罹患疾病和隔离增加了患者焦虑,应采取积极有效的应对措施,减轻患者的焦虑。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anxiety of military senile patients with mild A - HINI influenza symptoms undergoing indoor isolation. Methods Totally 62 isolated patients were investigated with Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）. Results The SAS scores of 42 patients exceeded 40,the upper threshold of normal value. The average score of 62 patients was （32.33 ± 9.34）, which was higher than that of Chinese normal people. The causes of anxiety included fear of outcome of disease,lack of knowledge of disease,distract and worry about the family members becoming infected. Conclusions A - H1 N1 influenza infection and indoor isolation increased the anxiety of senile patients. It is necessary to take measures to reduce the anxiety of senile patients. |
