酸浆种质资源调查研究Ⅱ

摘    要:目的考察不同种质来源的酸浆的植物性状。方法直接到酸浆种质分布区域调查收集种质材料,并对酸浆入药部分的成熟宿萼、果实及种子进行观察及测量。结果依据酸浆果实的单果重,果实大小及果实中种子数,酸浆果实分为三级,以酸浆单果重及果实大小确定为优先检测标准。依据酸浆种子千粒重、酸浆种子的长、宽、厚,可将酸浆种子分为三级,结果显示可根据酸浆种子千粒重与酸浆种子的长宽对酸浆种子进行分级。结论酸浆宿萼、果实及种子的植物学性状具有较强的地域性,且这些植物学性状特征可作为酸浆药用植物种质资源分级标准的依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the plant characters of Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.from different germplasm sources.Methods Germplasm materials of Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.are directly investigated and collected in the germplasm distribution area.The mature calyx,fruit and seed of the medicinal part of the Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.are observed and measured in the laboratory.Results The single fruit weight,fruit size and seed number in the fruit can be classified into three levels.In the classification standard,the single fruit weight and fruit size of the fruit can be determined as the priority detection criteria.Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.seed 1000-seed weight,Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.seed length,width,thickness as a basis,the seed can be divided into three levels.The Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.seeds are classified according to their 1000-seed weight,length and width.Conclusion The botanical characters of calyx,fruit and seed are strongly regional,and these botanical characters can be used as the basis for classification standard of germplasm resources of medicinal plants.
