川芎品质特征的快速鉴别

摘    要:目的通过“颜色”快速鉴别川芎药材的品质特征。方法采用CM-5分光测色计测定川芎粉末颜色,采用HPLC法测定川芎中主要成分阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯的含量;采用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果川芎粉末颜色值明度值L*、黄蓝值b*与洋川芎内酯A的含量呈极显著正相关;红绿值a*、黄蓝值b*与阿魏酸、藁本内酯的含量呈极显著负相关;且阿魏酸含量主要受黄蓝值b*的影响,程度大于50%。颜色值L*、b*在川芎不同等级、不同加工方法之间呈现极显著差异。结论明度值L*、黄蓝值b*可作为不同等级、加工方法、产地之间的主要划分指标及快速鉴别川芎的品质特征。

Abstract:AIM To apply the bionic intelligent analysis technology to the sensory quality evaluation of the genuine quality characteristics of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.METHODS The L.chuanxiong powder had its color values determined by CM-5 spectrophotometer,its contents of ferulic acid,ligustronolactone A and ligustilide detected by HPLC,whose results were analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 statistical software.RESULTS The lightness value L*and the yellow and blue value b*were positively correlated with the content of ligustronolactone A.The red and green values of a*and the yellow and blue values of b*were negatively correlated with the content of ferulic acid and ligustilide.Moreover,the content of ferulic acid was mainly dependent on(at an extent of more than 50%)the yellow and blue value b*.The variance analysis showed that the lightness value L*and the yellow and blue value b*held extremely significant differences with the grades and the processing methods.The Cluster analysis result indicated that the lightness value L*and yellow and blue value b*could be used as the main classification indexes for grades,processing methods and the the growing origins.CONCLUSION As the main classification indexes for different grades,processing methods and growing areas,the lightness value L*and the yellow and blue value b*can help with the rapid characteristics identification of L.chuanxiong quality.
