Study on the effect of perinatal emotional knowledge education strategy on postpartum psychological resilience and postpartum depression

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of perinatal emotional knowledge education strategy on postpartum psychological resilience and postpartum depression,provide reference for making postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive intervention plan.Methods From February 2019 to January 2020,60 pregnant women were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,30 cases in each group.During perinatal period,the women in control group were given routine health education,the women in observation group were given routine health education and perinatal emotional knowledge education.The women in the two groups were followed up till healthy physical examination for the first time after delivery(42 days after delivery).CD-RISC10 and EPDS scores at one week before delivery and 42 days after delivery in the two groups were compared.A questionnaire was used to survey perinatal emotional knowledge levels at one week before delivery and 42 days after delivery in the two groups,qualified rates of cognition were compared between the two groups.Postpartum complications in the two groups were compared.Results At one week before delivery,there was no statistically significant difference in qualified rate of cognition of perinatal emotional knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05);at 42 days after delivery,qualified rates of cognition of perinatal emotional knowledge in the two groups increased significantly,qualified rate of cognition of perinatal emotional knowledge in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in EPDS score at one week before delivery between the two groups,at 42 days after delivery,EPDS scores in the two groups increased,EPDS score in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At one week before delivery,there was no statistically significant difference in scores of CD-RISC10 dimensions and the total score of CD-RISC10 scale between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in scores of psychological resilience dimensions and the total score between at 42 days after delivery and before delivery in control group(P>0.05);the scores of CD-RISC10 dimensions and the total score of CD-RISC10 scale at 42 days after delivery in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those before delivery in observation group and control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications at 42 days after delivery in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Perinatal emotional knowledge education can effectively improve cognitive level of postpartum women to perinatal emotional management and control knowledge and postpartum psychological resilience level,reduce the incidence rate of postpartum depression and complications,the clinical value is high.
