摘    要:目的优化当归挥发油胶体磨研磨包合的工艺条件。方法以当归挥发油的包封率和包合物收率及综合评分为指标,在单因素基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法进行优化,确定了当归挥发油胶体磨研磨包合的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺条件为:挥发油(ml)与β-CD(g)的比例为1∶10,β-CD(g)与水(ml)的比例为1∶3,研磨包合时间为19 min。结论优选的当归挥发油胶体磨包合工艺操作简便,包合率高,包合效果好,可用于大规模工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To confirm the optimum technological conditions of colloid mill inclusion process of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels volatile oil.Methods On the basis of single factor test,Box-Behnken is used to optimize the optimum technological conditions of Colloid mill inclusion process of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels volatile oil,with yield of inclusion compound,inclusion rate of volatile oil-β-CD and comprehensive score as evaluation indexes.Results The optimum technological conditions are β-CD-volatile oil ratio is 1:10,β-CDpure water ratio is 1:3,and the inclusion time is 19 min.Conclusion This optimal echnological conditions of colloid mill inclusion process of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels volatile oil is simple operation,high inclusion rate and good inclusion effect,which can be used in industrial production.
