| 摘 要： | 近期我国暴发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,对人民群众健康安全、经济贸易等均造成严重影响。本文通过论述本次疫情防控的难点和疫情影响,梳理疫情防控中的海关职责和青岛海关目前采取的措施,分析出海关在疫情防控中的优势及难点,提出海关应对疫情的短期和长期对策。

| Abstract: | The recent outbreak of Novel coronavirus pneumonia in China has had a serious impact on people's health and safety,economy and trade.This paper discusses the difficulties in the prevention and control of this epidemic and its impact.It investigates the customs duties in epidemic prevention and control and the measures currently taken by Qingdao Customs.It also analyzes the advantages and difficulties of the customs in epidemic prevention and control,and puts forward short-term and long-term countermeasures for customs to deal with the epidemic. |
