摘    要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定厚藤不同部位中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异槲皮苷、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C的含量。方法厚藤70%甲醇提取物的分析采用InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长327 nm。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率97.3%~102.9%,RSD 1.2%~2.1%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于厚藤的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,isoquercitrin,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C in different parts of Ipomoea pes-caprae(Linn.)Sweet.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of I.pes-caprae was performed on a 25℃thermostatic InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 97.3%-102.9%with the RSDs of 1.2%-2.1%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of I.pes-caprae.
