摘    要:目的建立同时测定人参再造丸中龙脑、桂皮醛、丁香酚和麝香酮含量的气相色谱方法。方法采用HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25µm),程序升温;进样口温度250℃,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度280℃;载气为氮气,流速为1.5 ml/min,分流比10∶1,进样量为1µl。结果龙脑、桂皮醛、丁香酚和麝香酮分别在338.2~3382.4µg/ml(r=0.9999),162.4~1623.7µg/ml(r=0.9999),54.8~548.1µg/ml(r=0.9999),6.05~60.5µg/ml(r=0.9999)的范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.1%,97.4%,98.1%,98.9%。结论该方法完善了现行标准,可用于人参再造丸的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a GC method for the simultaneous determination of borneol,cinnamaldehyde,eugenol and muscone in Renshenzaizao pills.Methods A capillary column HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)is used and the programmed temperature is set from 100℃ to 220℃.The detector is FID,inlet temperature is 250℃,the detector temperature is 280℃.The carrier gas is N2 and the flow rate of the carrier gas is 1.5 ml/min,the split ratio is 10∶1,the injection volume is 1μl.Results Borneol,cinnamaldehyde,eugenol and muscone are separated with a good linearity in the size ranges of 338.2~3382.4μg/ml for borneol,162.4~1623.7μg/ml for cinnamaldehyde,54.8~548.1μg/ml for eugenol,6.05~60.5μg/ml for muscone.The average recoveries(n=6)are 98.1%,97.4%,98.1%,98.9%,respectively.Conclusion The established method has improved the existing standards and it is suitable for the quality control of Renshenzaizao pills.
