| 摘 要： | 目的研究垫状卷柏Selaginella pulvinata(Hook.&Grev.)Maxim.的化学成分。方法垫状卷柏95%乙醇提取物采用MCI、硅胶、C18柱、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为穗花杉双黄酮(1)、黑麦草内酯(2)、丁香酸(3)、selaginpulvilin A(4)、selaginellin(5)、2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(6)、pratensein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、4-ethoxy benzoic acid(8)。结论化合物2、6~8均为首次从卷柏属中分离得到。

| Abstract: | AIM To study the chemical constituents from Selaginella pulvinata(Hook.&Grev.)Maxim..METHODS The 95%ethanol extract of S.pulvinata was isolated and purified by MCI,silica,C18 column and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as amentoflavone(1),loliolide(2),syringic acid(3),selaginpulvilin A(4),selaginellin(5),2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(6),pratensein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),4-ethoxy benzoic acid(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,6-8 are isolated from genus Selaginella for the first time. |
