摘    要:目的比较不同产地黄芪根、茎、叶中4种异黄酮的含量并对其进行聚类分析,为该药材资源的综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立黄芪中4种异黄酮的含量测定方法并对不同产地黄芪根、茎、叶中异黄酮类成分进行含量测定;通过IBM SPSS 19.0和R语言Pheatmap包对不同产地黄芪进行聚类分析。结果不同产地黄芪根、茎、叶中4种异黄酮含量差异较大;基于SPSS和R语言的聚类分析均支持20批次不同产地样品被分为2类,其中甘肃和陕西样品聚为一类,山西、黑龙江和内蒙古黄芪聚为另一类。结论所建立黄芪4种异黄酮成分含量测定及聚类分析方法可为黄芪药材的真伪鉴别和质量评价提供依据,也可为黄芪各个部位的综合利用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Objects To compare the contents of four isoflavones in the roots,stems and leaves of Radix Astragali from different regions and perform cluster analysis,so as to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of this medicinal material resource.Methods An HPLC method is developed for the determination of four isoflavones in the Radix Astragali and used to determine the content of isoflavones in the roots,stems and leaves of Radix Astragali from different places.Cluster analysis of Radix Astragali from different origins are performed by IBM SPSS 19.0 and Pheatmap package in R language.Results The roots,stems and leaves of Radix Astragali from different origins all contain four isoflavones,but the content is quite different.The cluster analysis based on SPSS and R language supports 20 batches of samples from different origins to be divided into two categories,of which the samples from Gansu and Shanxi are grouped into one category,and the samples from Shanxi,Heilongjiang,and Inner Mongolia are grouped into another.Conclusion The content determination and cluster analysis methods of the four isoflavone components of Radix Astragali can provide basis for the authenticity and quality evaluation of Radix Astragali,and also provide a certain reference for the comprehensive utilization of various parts of Radix Astragali.
