江苏省中药饮片质量情况分析

目的明确目前江苏省中药饮片存在的主要质量问题,为进一步加强中药饮片质量监督管理,保障人民群众的用药安全提供依据。方法筛选2018年江苏省药品质量公告中不符合规定的中药饮片信息,归纳分析饮片问题品种与常见质量问题。结果2018年江苏省药品质量公告公布的171批次105种不合格中药饮片共涉及全国各地81个中药饮片生产企业,其中仅46.7%的饮片质量问题可通过外观性状鉴别。结论只有理清生产、流通、使用环节中药饮片存在的主要问题,才能有效保障用药安全和医疗质量。

Quality Analysis of TCM Decoction Pieces in Jiangsu Province

Objective To clarify the main quality problems of TCM decoction pieces in Jiangsu Province,and provide the basis for further strengthening the supervision and management of the quality of TCM decoction pieces and ensuring the safety of the people's medication.Methods Select the information of unqualified TCM decoction pieces in Jiangsu Provincial Pharmaceutical Quality Announcement in 2018,and analyze the variety and common quality problems of TCM decoction pieces.Results The 171 batches of 105 kinds of unqualified TCM decoction pieces published in Jiangsu Provincial Pharmaceutical Quality Announcement in 2018 involved 81 TCM decoction pieces manufacturing enterprises all over the country,of which only 46.7%of the quality problems of the pieces could be identified by appearance characteristics.Conclusion Only by sorting out the main problems in the production,circulation and use of TCM decoction pieces,the safety and quality of medication can be effectively guaranteed.
