| 摘 要： | 肝癌是当今世界常见肿瘤之一,近年来,国内外肝癌的发病率呈上升趋势。传统的肝癌诊断及治疗都无法满足临床工作的需要,新近发现的磷脂酰肌醇蛋白3-Glypican3（Gpc3）与肝癌的发生密切相关,现就近几年对两者关系的研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Liver cancer in today's world is one of the most common cancer,in recent years,domestic and foreign media reports,liver cancer HCC incidence is increasing.The traditional liver cancer diagnosis and treatment can not satisfy the need of clinical work,the newly discovered phosphatidyl inositol protein 3-Glypican3(Gpc3) is closely related to liver tumors,and now I come about in recent years were reviewed several aspects of the relationship between research. |
