| 摘 要： | 提出痛风是毒邪致病的代表病症,认为毒邪与痛风存在以下关联:(1)外受之毒是引起或诱发痛风发病的先决条件;(2)禀赋不足及内生之毒是痛风发病的内在因素;(3)毒邪所致痛风可因其属性不同而有风、寒、湿、热、痰、瘀、虚毒之分(简称七毒辨证法);(4)痛风可用毒攻疗法即祛毒、泄毒、解毒、制毒、搜毒、攻毒的治疗原则及基本方法进行治疗。
