标本改良保存液的实验研究

摘    要:为探索对人体无刺激性的标本保存液,用改良保存液保存尸体标本,并与5%福尔马林溶液作比较,观察标本的组织结构、外形、对兔眼的刺激及甲醛的挥发性。结果:标本的组织切片结构正常,柔软性、吸湿性好,对兔眼的刺激明显减小(P<0.01),甲醛的挥发性明显降低。结论:该保存液是一种较为理想的防腐保存液。

Abstract:To develop a preservation solution without initation,the new solution was compared with the tradtional 5% formalin;The histological srtucture,the appearance,the irritation to eyes of rabbits,and the volatility of maldehyde were observed.The results were as fallows:the histology structure of the specimen was normal,and it had advantages in keeping the specimen soft and wet,lighfening the irritation to rabbits eyes (P<0.01).The volatility of maldehyde was much lower.It indicated that the new solution was an ideal preservaitive one.
