中药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎血小板活化的影响

采用流式细胞术 ,单克隆抗体作分子探针 ,检测了溃疡性结肠炎 (ulcerative colitis,UC)病人血小板 α-颗粒膜糖蛋白 (CD6 2 p)和溶酶体膜糖蛋白 (CD6 3)的含量 ,并同时测定血小板活化衍生物血栓素 A2 (TXA2 )的含量及血小板的粘附率与最大聚集率 ,观察中药灌肠对 U C病人血小板活化功能的影响。结果 :上述指标 U C组较正常对照组显著增高 (P<0 .0 1) ,缓解期较活动期虽呈下降趋势 ,但仍高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。经中药灌肠治疗 ,治愈率为 6 7.19% ,总有效率为 96 .88%。治疗后各项检测指标显著降低 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,与正常人相比无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示血小板活化功能异常在溃疡性结肠炎发病过程中起重要作用 ,中药灌肠可改善血小板活化功能 ,对溃疡性结肠炎有良好疗效

INFLUENCE OF ENEMA WITH CHINEE HERBS ON PLATELET ACTIVATION IN TREATMENT OF ULCERATIVE COLITIS

Contents of α granule membrane glycoprotein(CD 62P ) and lysosomal interal membrane protein(CD 63 ) in platelets of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) were determined by flow cytometric analysis defined by a novel monoclonal antibody.Meanwhile,platelet adhesiveness test(P AdT ) and platelet aggregation test(P AgT ) were performed and plasma level of TXA 2,a kind of derivative from activated platelet,were determined in the patients,too.In acute stage,the levels of indexes of the above in UC group were higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01).In remission stage,the levels of the above showed a tendency to lower,which were still higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).Treated by enema with Chinese herbs,the cure rate in UC group was 67.19%,the total effective rate was 96.88%.After treatment,the levels of the above in UC group were lowered obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05),which there were no significantly statistic difference compared with those of the control group.It indicated that platelet activation played a full part in the pathogenic stage of UC and enema with Chinese herbs showed good effects on promoting platelet activation.
