女性不孕症患者术后选择来院辅助治疗的影响因素分析

目的了解女性不孕症患者术后选择辅助治疗方式的影响因素,以便在责任制护理实施过程中,能针对性的实施个体化指导和心理护理。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对2010年在本院接受手术治疗的121例女性不孕症患者进行调查,对其一般情况和病史、治疗过程、家庭及社会支持等情况进行分析。结果 72.73%和52.89%的患者选择居家口服药物及居家藤药腹部外敷;选择来医院进行直流电导入等辅助治疗,受到年龄、文化程度、工作性质、户口所在地、月收入、夫妻双方是否独生子女等方面的影响。结论患者术后因时间、经济、工作等诸多原因的制约,选择的辅助治疗方法有限,医护人员应提供并指导患者术后选择便捷、适宜的辅助治疗方法,达到尽快怀孕的目的。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Selecting Postoperative Auxiliary Therapy in Female Infertility Patients

Objective To investigate the factors influencing adjuvant treatment choices in female infertility patients,so as to implement individual guidance and psychological care.Methods One hundred and twenty-one female infertility patients underwent surgical treatment in Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2010 were surveyed by self-designed questionnaires,the patients’ general condition,disease history,the process of treatment,family and social support were analyzed.Results Among the surveyed patients,72.73% chose oral medication at home and 52.89% selected rattan drug abdominal application at home.The patients who chose iontophoresis and other adjuvant therapies in hospitals were affected by age,educational background,work character,household register,monthly income,and the spouses being only-one-child.Conclusions The adjuvant treatment choices in the postoperative patients are limited because of constraints of time,economy,work and other reasons,Medical professionals should provide and advise convenient and appropriate postoperative adjuvant therapies,so as to help the patients get pregnant as soon as possible.
