6339名小学生营养状况调查

目的了解深圳市龙岗区中心城小学生营养状况。方法对深圳市龙岗区中心城5所小学7～14岁在校学生进行身高、体重两项发育指标的测量,依据卫生部下发的身高标准体重值进行个体营养评价。结果被调查的6 339名学生中营养正常者占69.3%,营养不良者占17.0%,超重与肥胖者占13.6%。营养不良以轻、中度为主,占97.8%（1 054/1 078）。各年级的营养不良率随年级的升高而上升,超重与肥胖率则无明显差异。总体营养不良率女生（22.6%）显著高于男生（12.3%）（χ2=116.81,P〈0.01）;超重或肥胖率男生（17.4%）显著高于女生（9.2%）（χ2=89.48,P〈0.01）。结论相对其他地区,深圳市龙岗区中心城小学生营养不良情况仍较严重,学生的营养和健康工作应得到龙岗区儿童少年保健机构、教育管理部门、学校、家长等有关方面的关注和支持。

Survey of Nutritional Status Among 6,339 Primary School Students

Objective To find out the nutritional status among 6,339 primary school students in the center city of Longgang district in Shenzhen,so as to provide scientific basis for nutrition management and health care of primary school students.Methods Two growth indexes,height and weight,were measured among students aged from 7 to 14 years in the center city of Longgang district in Shenzhen.Individual nutrition was evaluated according to the standards of height and weight issued by the Chinese Ministry of Health.Results Nutritional status of 69.3% of the primary school students were normal,and 17.0% were malnutrition and 13.6% were overweight and obesity.Malnutrition was mainly mild to moderate,accounting for 97.8%(1054/1078).The malnutrition rate significantly increased with the progress of the grade(P<0.01),while the overweight and obesity rate was not markedly different(P>0.05).The general malnutrition rate of males(12.3%) was significant lower than that of females(22.6%)(P<0.01),while the overweight and obesity rate of males(17.4%) was significant higher than that of females(9.2%)(P<0.01).Conclusions The malnutrition status of primary school students in the center city of Longgang district in Shenzhen is more serious than that of other regions.The nutrition management and health care of primary school students should be concerned and supported by related institutions and people.
