雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效及其护理观察

摘    要:目的探讨分析雾化吸入法治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效,并总结其护理方法。方法回顾分析2008年1月-2010年12月在本院接受治疗的365例小儿呼吸道感染患者,其中191例给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,174例给予盐酸氨溴索静脉推注治疗。观察比较两组的治疗情况和总结护理方法。结果雾化吸入组有效为174例,有效率为91.10%;静脉推注组有效为138例,有效率79.31%(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入法治疗小儿呼吸道感染具有很好的疗效,且操作简单、患者无痛苦容易接受、出现不良反应少、作用迅速,值得进行推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation therapy on pediatric respiratory tract infection,and to summarize its nursing methods.Methods Totally 365 patients with pediatric respiratory tract infection hospitalized in Children's Hospital of Xi'an from January 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,including 191 patients with ambmxol hydrochloride atomization treatment and 174 patients with intravenous injection of ambmxol hydochloride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared,and the nursing methods were summarized.Results One hundred and seventy-four patients of nebulization inhalation group were cured,with the effective rate of 91.10%,and 138 patients of intravenous injection group were cured,with the effective rate of 79.31%(P0.05).Conclusions Nebulization inhalation shows very good curative effects in treating pediatric respiratory tract infection.It has the advantages of simple operation,high patient acceptance,fewer side effects,and rapid action.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
