全血锌检测的质控物制备及应用评价

摘    要:目的制备血锌检测全血质控物以加强室内质控,监控血锌检测结果。方法采集健康人静脉全血,肝素抗凝,0.5%曲拉通1:200稀释无菌分装,-20℃冷冻保存。检测前平衡至室温,和临床标本一同检测。结果分装的全血质控物均一,-x为7.65 mg/L,s为0.24,各管间CV为3.14%,管间差符合要求;连续监测半年,计算其-x在7.60~7.76 mg/L之间s、介于0.40~0.48,CV在5.14%~6.31%之间波动。结论自制全血锌质控物性状稳定,质量可靠,可满足临床检测质控需要。

Preparation of Quality Control Substance for Whole Blood Zinc Detection and its Application Evaluation

Abstract:Objective To prepare quality control substance for whole blood zinc detection,to enhance internal quality control and monitor blood zinc detection results.Methods Venous whole blood was collected with heparin anticoagulant from healthy people,separately loaded with aseptic technology after dilution by 0.5% Triton X-100 and stored at-20℃.It was recovered to room temperature before examination with clinical specimens.Results The separately-loaded whole blood control substance was homogeneous.,s and CV were 7.65 mg/L,0.24 and 3.14% respectively.The difference among packages fulfilled corresponding requirements.Half-a-year monitoring showed that,s and CV were fluctuating within 7.60 mg/L~7.76 mg/L,0.40~0.48 and 5.14%~6.31% respectively.Conclusions The quality control substance for whole blood zinc detection prepared by ourselves is stable and reliable.It can meet the needs of quality control in clinical examination.
