健康教育与健康促进在社区高血压病健康管理和干预效果

目的评价冷水滩区运用健康教育与健康促进在社区进行高血压健康管理和干预的效果。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取肖家园社区居民中健康人群和高血压患者各200名,参照《中国高血压防治指南》1]对干预前后进行评价。结果经过3年的综合干预,健康人群和高血压患者对高血压病的相关知识知晓率显著提高,分别为65.4%、51.3%;行为改变率为50.3%、40.8%,坚持规律服药率达33.5%,血压控制率25.5%。结论健康教育与健康促进干预模式在社区高血压病管理与干预中,提高了社区居民的知晓率、行为改变率和控制率,为控制和减少高血压并发症,提高患者人群的生活质量等起到了应有的作用。

Effectiveness of Health Education and Health Promotion on Health Management and Intervention of Community Hypertension

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education and health promotion on health management and intervention of community hypertension in Lengshuitan District.Methods Two hundred healthy residents and 200 hypertensive patients were selected from Xiaojiayuan Community with randomly sampling method.Before and after the intervention,the effectiveness of health management and intervention was assessed according to ＂the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China＂1].Results After three years of comprehensive intervention,the awareness rates of hypertension knowledge in the healthy residents and hypertensive patients were both significantly increased,which were 65.4% and 51.3%,respectively.The behavior change rates of the healthy residents and hypertensive patients were 50.3% and 40.8%,respectively.The rate of insisting on regular medication was 33.5%,and the blood pressure control rate was 25.5%.Conclusions The model of health education and health promotion plays an important role in community hypertension management and intervention,it increases the residents＇ awareness rate of hypertension,behavior change rate,hypertension control rate,and hypertensive patients＇ quality of life and decreases the complications of hypertension.
