腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术的疗效。方法 2009年2月-2011年2月冷水江市人民医院行子宫全切术治疗80例患者,其中腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术（LAVH）组40例,传统阴式子宫切除术（TVH）组40例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间、住院费用及术后病率等。结果与TVH组相比,LAVH组手术时间和术中出血量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;LAVH组患者肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、住院费用及术后病率均显著优于TVH组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切具有安全有效,创伤小、恢复快和术后病率低的优势,优于传统阴式子宫切除术。

Analysis on Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods Eighty patients underwent hysterectomy hospitalized in the People’s Hospital of Lengshuijiang City from February 2009 to February 2011 were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into LAVH group and traditional vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) group(each n=40).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and postoperative morbidity were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant difference was found in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between LAVH group and TVH group(P>0.05).But postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and postoperative morbidity of LAVH group were significantly better than those of TVH group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions LAVH shows the advantages of good safety,less trauma,quick recovery and less postoperative morbidity,it is superior to TVH.
