湖南省桑植县流行性乙型脑炎综合监测结果分析

目的综合分析桑植县流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)监测资料,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法用SPSS 12.0软件统计分析桑植县2007-2009年乙脑疫情、媒介蚊虫和宿主动物的监测资料;用ELISA法检测宿主血清乙脑IgG抗体。结果 2007-2009年桑植县乙脑发病呈下降趋势,病例集中在7-8月,以0～14岁儿童为主,77.78%的病例无接种史或接种史不详;三带喙库蚊是桑植县的优势蚊种,其密度高低与宿主动物(猪)乙脑病毒感染率呈正相关关系,猪乙脑抗体50%阳转率出现时间比人群发病高峰提前1个月。结论桑植县存在乙脑传播的自然环境。加强乙脑病例、宿主动物和媒介蚊虫的监测,提高乙脑疫苗接种率,大力开展爱国卫生运动,消灭蚊虫滋生环境是控制桑植县乙脑疫情的关键。

Analysis on Integrated Surveillance Results of Japanese Encephalitis in Sangzhi County of Hunan Province

Objective To comprehensively analyze the monitoring data of Japanese encephalitis(JE) in Sangzhi County,and to provide a scientific basis for developing prevention and control strategies.Methods SPSS 11.5 software was used for statistical analysis of the JE cases and the monitoring data on vectors and host animals in Sangzhi County from 2007 to 2009.ELISA assay was conducted for detection of serum IgG antibody to JE in the host animals.Results The incidence of JE showed a downward trend from 2007 to 2009.The JE cases concentrated from July to August,and children aged 0 to 14 years were the primarily affected group.77.78% of the cases had no vaccination record or had an unknown vaccination history.Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species,and its density was positively related to JE virus infection of host animals(pigs).The antibody positive conversion rate reached 50% in pigs,and the onset peak was one month earlier than that in humans.Conclusions There is a natural environment for the spread of JE in Sangzhi County.The JE epidemic in Sangzhi County may be controlled by strengthening the monitoring of JE cases,host animals and vectors,improving JE vaccination coverage,energetically carrying on patriotic public health campaigns,and eliminating mosquito breeding grounds.
