国产去甲万古霉素对224株肠球菌的体外抗菌活性观察

摘    要:目的为了观察国产去甲万古霉素对肠球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法用二倍琼脂稀释法测定了224株肠球菌(粪肠球菌169株、屎肠球菌51株和其他肠球菌4株)的最低抑菌浓度,并与进口万古霉素进行了抑菌效果对比。结果国产去甲万古霉素对肠球菌抑菌效果较好,其对224株肠球菌的MIC50和MIC90分别为0.5 mg/L和1mg/L,对169株粪肠球菌和51株屎肠球菌的MIC90分别为1 mg/L和1 mg/L;进口万古霉素对169株粪肠球菌的MIC90为2 mg/L。结论两者抗菌效果均菌较好。对224株肠球菌的敏感率均为100%。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic demethyl vancomycin against Enterococci.Methods Deterimination of antibacterial activity of domestic demethyl vancomycin against 224 strains of Enterococci(169 strains of Enterococcus faecalis and 51 strains of E.faecium,etc) was performed by using agar dilution method,and the antibacterial activity of domestic demethyl vanccomycin was compared with vancomycin.Results The antibacterial efficiency of domestic demethyl vancomycin against 224 strains of Enterococci was good,and the MIC50 and MIC90 against E.faecalis(169 strains) and E.faecium(51 strains) were 0.5 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,1 mg/L,and 1 mg/L respectively.Conclusion Domestic demethyl vancomycin has strong antibacterial activity against 224 strains of Enterococci,and the sensitive rate of domestic demethyl vancomycin and vancomycin(Lilly) are both 100%.
