血浆分离压力监测仪的研制

摘    要:血浆分离技术在临床上广泛使用,它一般由单血泵完成,操作人员凭经验调节转速来改变血浆的分离速度,但转速太快时容易造成跨膜压太大,损坏分离器,本文介绍一种血浆分离压力监测仪的原理及系统设计,当跨膜压超过极限时,机器及时报警。

Abstract:Plasma Separating technology is used widely in clinic,which is usually carried out by means of a single blood pump.The operator adjusts the rotate speed to change the separating speed.But when the rotate speed becomes too high,the transmembrane pressure will also become too high,resulting in the break-down of the separator.This paper introduces the principle and design of a plasma separating pressure monitor.When the transmembrane pressure goes out of its ranges,the unit will alarm in time.
