心理护理联合文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

目的 观察心理护理联合文拉法辛对脑卒中后抑郁患者(PSD)的疗效.方法 60例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为2组心理护理联合文拉法辛组(实验组)和文拉法辛组(对照组),于治疗前和治疗后6周分别测定HAMD(汉密顿抑郁量表评分)和ADL(日常生活活动能力).结果 治疗后2组抑郁状态都有改善(P＜0.01),ADL明显提高(P＜0.01),并且心理护理联合文拉法辛较单用文拉法辛更有效(P＜0.05).结论 心理护理联合文拉法辛能更有效的治疗卒中后抑郁.

Effect observation of mental care combined with venlafaxime in patients with post-stroke depression

Objective To observe the curative effects of mental care combined with venlafaxime in treating post-stroke depression.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke depression were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group and control group.Treatment group was given mental nursing combined with venlafaxime and control group were given venlafaxime.The efficacy was assessed separately by Hamailton depression rating scale(HAMD) and ability of daily life(ADL) before the treatment and six weeks later.Results After the treatment,the depressive symptom of two groups were better than before(P<0.01) and the ADL obviously raised(P<0.01).Compared with single venlafaxime,the method of mental nursing combined with venlafaxime was much more effective.Conclusions The method of mental care combined with venlafaxime has better curative effect in the patients with post-stroke depression.
