| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)对过量饮酒大鼠心脏功能和结构的保护作用。方法 30只大鼠随机分为对照组、酒精组和ACEI组，每组10只。酒精灌胃建立动物模型，并给予ACEI类药物作为保护剂，用超声心动图及超微病理技术观察大鼠心脏功能和结构改变。结果 酒精组左室舒张末期内径高于对照组［(6.86±0.64)mm vs（6.29±0.28）mm, P<0.05］，收缩末期内径高于对照组［（3.45±0.32）mm vs （2.95±0.25）mm, P<0.05］；两组收缩功能参数左室射血分数、每搏输出量、短轴缩短率无统计学差异（P>0.05）；舒张功能参数二尖瓣内环舒张早期晚期速度比（Ea/Aa）低于对照组［（0.642±0.126） vs（1.276±0.083）, P<0.05］。而ACEI组各参数相对于对照组没有明显改变（P>0.05）。病理形态学观察可见,酒精组线粒体水肿、嵴和膜大部分溶解消失。ACEI组线粒体少部分嵴和膜溶解，损伤程度较酒精组轻。结论 ACEI类药物对过量饮酒大鼠的心肌具有一定的保护作用。
