| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 1(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1,TIMP1)在扩张型心肌病大鼠中的表达。方法 :2周龄 Wistar大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为模型组 (DCM)和空白对照组 (NC) ,每组又根据不同时间点分为 4周与 12周两个亚组。应用 RT- PCR技术检测左室心肌 TIMP1的表达活性。结果 :DCM模型组 4周与 12周亚组的 TIMP1m RNA基因表达水平明显下降 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,并且随着时间的推移 TIMP1m RNA基因表达水平下降更明显 ,至 12周时已较 4周时下降了15 0 %。结论 :DCM模型组大鼠心肌 TIMP1表达水平明显下降 ,参与左室重塑

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP1) on dilated cardiomyopathy rat.Methods:40 Wistar rat, aged two weeks, were studied randomly. All rats were divided to model group (DCM) and normal control group (NC), sub-divided to two group, 4-week sub-group, and 12-week sub group, respectively. The expressions of TIMP1 were detected by RT-PCR method.Result:The mRNA expressions of TIMP1 were increased significantly in DCM group at 4-week sub-group and 12-week sub group (P<0.01), which down regulated during developing. Up to 12-week time point, the mRNA expression of TIMP1 decreased more by 150% than in 4-week time point.Conclusion:The expressions of TIMP1 are increased significantly in DCM group which involves the left ventricular remodeling. |
