生脉注射液联合左旋卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭随机对照临床研究

目的]探讨生脉注射液联合左旋卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法]采用随机、对照的方法,将80例患者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用常规治疗并给予左旋卡尼汀组液体,治疗组40例在对照组的治疗基础上加用生脉组液体。两组均以14d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率97.50%,对照组总有效率92.50%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]生脉注射液联合左旋卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效满意。

Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of Shengmai Injection Combined with L-Carnitine in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective]To study the effects of L-Carnitine combined with Shengmai Injection in treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods]Using a randomized,control method,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,The control group 40 patients were given basic treatment and L-Carnitine;the observation group 40 patients were given Shengmai Injection in addition to the control group.The two groups were to 14 days for the1 treatment course,after 1 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.Results]After treatment,In observation group,the total efficiency of 97.50% for the control group,the total effective rate was 92.50%,in 2 groups of patients with total efficiency comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion]The effects of L-Carnitineon combined with Shengmai Injection for the treatment of chronic heart failure is notable and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
