洛阳市涧西区中小学校及幼儿园食堂卫生现状调查分析

目的了解该市涧西区33所中小学校及幼儿园食堂现状。方法调查对象为涧西区所有供应学生集体用餐的中小学校及幼儿园食堂。方法按照国家GBI4934-94标准,对学校食堂食用具进行监测和评价。结果本次调查显示我市涧西区学校集体用餐卫生状况不容乐观。结论必须加强各有关部门的协调,尤其是教育部门与卫生监督机构应密切配合,帮助学校提高食堂自身管理水平,扩大宣传,防止食物中毒事件的发生。

Analyze the Hygienic Status of the Middle and Elementary Schools and the kindergarten Canteen in Jianxi District of Zuo yang

Objective In order to learn the hygienic status of the 33 middle and elementary schools and the kindergarten canteen in Jianxi District of Luoyang. Methods We supervised and assessed the hygienic situations of dishware in the middle and elementary schools and the kindergarten cafeteria by the GBI4934--94 standard respectively. Results This investigation showed that the hygiene condition in Jianxi District were unoptimistic. Conclusion We must strengthen each department concerned the coordination and raise own management level to prevent the food poisoning event the occurrence in particular educational department and the supervision organization.
