肾脏内科疾病护理风险因素分析与应用护理风险管理的效果评价

目的探讨肾脏内科疾病的护理风险因素及护理风险管理在肾脏内科疾病中的应用价值。方法对肾脏内科疾病容易发生的风险事件进行分析，确定风险因素，实施系统的护理风险管理。评价实施前后病房管理、基础护理、消毒隔离质量，满意度及护理不良事件发生率。结果风险管理实施前后病房管理、基础护理质量、消毒隔离质量评分均明显高于实施前，差异显著；实施后住院患者对护理服务质量的满意度高达97％，明显高于实施前的89％。结论加强肾脏内科疾病的护理风险管理，能有效预防和减少风险事件的发生，提高护理质量和满意度，保障了患者安全，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of risk factors in renal medical disease care and evaluation of the nursing risk management

Objective To investigate risk factors in renal medical disease care and value of nursing risk management. Methods The renal medical diseases prone to the risk of incident cause analysis to identify risk factors, the implementation of the system of care risk management. Evaluation before and after ward management,and basic quality of care, disinfection and isolation quality and satisfaction. Results Before and after the implementation of risk management, ward management, basic quality of care, disinfection and isolation quality scores were significantly higher than the implementation of different; the satisfaction of hospitalized patients on the quality of care after the implementation of up to 97%, significantly higher than 89% prior to the implementation. Conclusion Intensive nursing risk management of the renal medical disease, can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of risk events, improve quality of care and satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
