服用小剂量阿司匹林患者的阿司匹林抵抗

目的探讨服用小剂量阿司匹林患者的阿司匹林抵抗现象并分析其原因。方法选取2012年6月～2013年6月本院收治的100例心脑血管疾病患者，每天给予100mg的小剂量阿司匹林，在连续服用两周后，对血小板的凝聚情况进行检测，观察患者发生阿司匹林抵抗的情况。结果发生阿司匹林抵抗的有5例（5．0％），影响因素分析为高血压、糖尿病和不吸烟。结论针对高血压、糖尿病和不吸烟的患者应选用合适、有效的抗血小板聚集药物，实施个体化治疗方案。

Aspirin resistance patients taking low-dose aspirin

Objective To investigate aspirin resistance phenomenon for patients with the low-dose aspirin and analyze its causes. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of cardiovascular disease in patients given low-dose aspirin 100 mg per day, for two weeks in a row after taking on the case of platelet aggregation testing, observation patients cases of aspirin resistance. Results The incidence of aspirin resistance in 5 patients （5.0%）, influencing factors as hypertension, diabetes, and no smoking. Conclusion Hypertension, diabetes, and patients do not smoke should be used appropriate and effective anti-platelet aggregation drugs, implementing individualized treatment plan.
