HL7标准在检验仪器通讯中的使用

目的：利用HL7完成检验仪器与临床实验室信息系统之间的数据通讯。方法：用控件完成数据在检验仪器与临床实验室信息系统之间的通讯控制，用HL7标准完成数据的转换。结果：用C 、VB、PB、Delphi等程序设计语言中的Winsock控件实现TCP／IP协议，Mscomm32控件实现串口通讯。通过编程完成以HL7标准的检验数据在检验仪器与临床实验管理系统之间数据格式转换。结论：检验仪器通讯以HL7为标准，使通讯软件具有可重用性、可理解性，提高了软件产品的质量和开发效率，减少维护困难；在局域网通讯中传输速度快、可靠性强。HL7是一种非常好的协议，是今后检验仪器通讯的国际标准。

Application of HL7 standard to lab instruments communication

In this paper,health level seven( HL 7)is applied to accomplishing data communication between lab instruments and c linical laboratory information system(CLIS).Controls used to perform data com munication control between lab instruments and CLIS,HL7standard is employed to accomplish data transformation.Winsock controls used to fulfill TCP/IP protoc ol and Mscomm32controls to realize asynchronous communication,the data format conversion conforming to HL7between lab instruments and CLIS is implemented th rough programme.HL7standard applied to lab instruments communication,the comm unication software could be reused and apprehensible,and its quality and develo pment efficiency could be increased and the difficulty for maintenance be decre ased.Furthermore,high velocity and reliability could also be achieved in local area network.As a very good protocol,HL7will be international standard of l ab instruments communication in future.
