| 摘 要： | 通过对１２具成尸腰神经后支的分支，行径、支配、以及重要通道的观察，印证了类似的观察结果，补充了一些不足，修正了一些结论，设计和定位了有关诊断和治疗的局部阻滞麻醉点，结合有关测定，评估了局部结构损伤的倾向性，以及后支在腰背痛中的地位。引导诊断和治疗有可遵循的途径。

| Abstract: | hrough the observation of the branch,way,supply,and
important pathway of the ra-mi dorsalis nervi lumbales,the similar
observation results were confirmed,some insufficien-cy was
replenished,some conclusions have been corrected ,the regional
blocked anaestheticpoint concerned with the diagnosis and treatment
was designed and orientated.According tothe deterrnination
conceri1ed,the tendency of the reginoal construction damage and the
roleof the rami dorsales nervi lumbales in relieving the pain in the
waist and the back was ap-praised so that the way possibly followed
in the diagnosis and treatment has been pointed out. |
