摘    要:目的:探讨剖宫产手术对机体细胞免疫与体液免疫的影响。方法:对67例接受剖宫产者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值)及IgG,IgA,C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量于术前,术后第1天及术后第7天分别进行了测定。结果:剖宫产组手术后第1天外周血CD4细胞减少,CD8细胞增多,CD4/CD8比值降低,血IgG,IgA水平明显降低,而CRP含量升高,与手术前及对照组相比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);但与术后第7天相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产手术后机体出现短暂的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能降低,推测与手术创伤及麻醉等因素有关。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of cesarean section on the cellular and humoral components of immune system.Methods T-lymphocyte subsets(CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 ratio),IgG,IgA and C-reaction protein(CRP)in peripheral blood of pregnant women were measured before and after cesarean section of 1 and 7 days respectively in operation group,and also detected in control group.Results First day after cesarean section,the peripheral blood detection showed reduced content of CD 4 lymphocytes,CD 4/CD 8 ratio,IgG and IgA,and a marked increase of the content of C-reaction protein and CD 8 lymphocytes,all of them showed significant difference compared with pre-operation and normal control(P<0\^05).No difference by day 7 after operation(P>0\^05).Conclusion There is transient cellular and humoral immunologic depression after cesarean section.These changes are most likely to be caused by the surgical intervention and anesthesia.
