雷公藤多苷三萜类成分的研究

摘    要: 目的:对雷公藤多苷的三萜化合物进行分离鉴定和完善雷公藤多苷产品的质量控制标准。方法:硅胶柱层析分离,理化常数和光谱数据确定三萜化合物的结构。结果:分离纯化获得10个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为雷公藤内酯甲(1),雷公藤内酯乙(2),regelin(3),demethylregelin(4),salaspermic acid(5),雷公藤酮(6),cangoronine(7),3-hydroxy-2-oxo-3-fridelen-20α-car-boxylic acid(8),3-epikatonic acid(9),雷公藤三萜酸A(10)。结论:化合物(3),(4),为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the constituents triterpenoid i n total glucosides of Tripterygium wilfordii. METHODS:Triterpenoid compounds were isolated by means of chr omatography on silica gel. Their structures were determined by physical, chemic al properties and by spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS:Ten triterpenoids were isolated from total glucoside s of Tripterygium wilfordii. Their structures were identified as wilforlid e A (1), B(2), regelin (3), demethylregelin (4), salaspermic acid (5), tri pterygone (6), cangoronine (7), 3-hydroxy-2-oxo-3-fridelen-20 α -carboxylic acid (8), 3-epikatonic acid 9, triptotrit erpenic acid A (10). CONCLUSION:Regelin (3) and demethylregelin (4) was isolated from this plant for the first time.
