| 摘 要： | 医疗照射是医务人员诊断疾病的有效方法，如何降低照射频度和照射量，提高医疗照射有效率，是一项改善医疗照射工作的重要课题。本文对安徽省胃肠钡餐透视、胸透、胸片等主要医疗照射类型的皮肤剂量进行了测量，估算了局部皮肤照射量的分布及人体吸妆剂量的总水平。探讨了减少医疗照射致受检者剂量负担的方法。

| Abstract: | Medical exposure is an effective method of diagnostic disease. How to decline freguency and dose of exposure, to raise efficiency of medical exposure will be an important topic about improving medical radiology and protection. In this paper, the patient skin dose of main medical exposure types,for example, the alimentary canal,chest fluoroscopy,chest radiography were measure and distributim of body skin dose were evaluated,general level of absorbed dose were measured also in Anhui province. The last,the result have still discussed effective method to decrease medical exposure from patient. |
