Beagle犬上颌骨微钛螺纹钉种植体支抗即刻和早期加载的光镜观察

摘    要:目的 通过光镜观察不同加载时间及加载力值对微钛螺纹钉种植体-骨结合界面的影响.方法 将90枚微钛螺纹钉种植体(mini screw implant, MSI)分为9组,植入5只Beagle犬的上颌骨.分别于即刻、第2周、第4周、第8周加载100 g或300 g的水平力,对照组不加力.第20周处死动物取材.垂直于种植体长轴方向切片,制成50 μm左右的硬组织切片,苦味酸-品红染色,在光学显微镜下观察种植体-骨结合界面的密合程度并计算种植体-骨结合率.结果 本实验共有9枚MSI松动.其余MSI在光镜下显示与骨组织直接接触,未见纤维组织长入.各组MSI与周围骨组织的平均骨结合率为(45.28±23.89)%.各组间骨结合率差别无统计学意义.结论 在一定骨质及初期稳定性的保证下,在Beagle犬的上颌骨MSI即刻加载300 g以内的水平力是可行的.

Abstract:Objective To quantify the histomorphometric properties of the bone-implant interface about different loading times and magnitudes. Methods Ninety mini screw implants were placed vertically in each side of the maxilla of 5 Beagle dogs. The implants were divided into eight experimental groups according to loading time (immediately,2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks) and magnitude (100 g or 300 g),and one control group (non-loaded implants).
