| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＣＤＦＩ及ＣＤＥ技术检查在原发性骨肿瘤的应用价值。方法：分别测量肿瘤周边及中心部收缩期最大流速（Ｖｍａｘ）、要期流速（Ｖｍｉｎ）、阻力指数（ＲＩ）、搏动指数（ＰＩ）等血流动力学指标，并进行统计分析。结果：ＣＤＦＩ可清晰地显示肿瘤内的血流形态。测量肿瘤周边及中心部血流动力学指标，发现肿瘤周边部血流速度高于中心部，而阻力指数（ＲＩ）、搏动指数（ＰＩ）前者低于后者（Ｐ〈０．０１）。恶性骨肿瘤血

Evaluation of CDFI and CDE on Primary Bone Tumor |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate diagnostic value of CDFI and CDE in primary bone tumor Methods:The hemodynanic parameters Vmax,Vmin,RI and PI of intratumor flow and extratumor flow in 64 proved patients (36 male and 28 femal),were studied with CDFI and CDE techniques(USA:Acuson 128 XP/10) Results:The tumor peripheral flow velocity was higher than that in the center The RI and the PI in the periphery were lower than those in the center( P <0 01) The peak flow velocity in the malignant was higher than that in the benign The value of RI and PI in the malignant were lower than those in the benign( P <0 01) The flow lenghth of CDE was longer than that of CDFI on the same vessel and the width of CDE was less than that of CDFI on the same vessel( P <0 01) Conclusion:CDFI could show clearly intratumor flow features and could tentatively diagnose primary bone tumors through the intratumoral and extratumoral hemodynamic changes |
