“朱氏”盲探气管插管装置在困难气管插管病人中的应用

目的：为了解决困难气管插管这一困扰国内外麻醉医生的难题方法：应用朱也森教授设计的一套盲探气管插管装置，在盲视下经鼻用光源引导由食道一气管导管进入气管内以完成气管插管.结果：12例病人，均顺利完成气管插管，并发症少．结论：此法新颖独特，气管插管成功率高，对解决各类困难气管插管提供了适用而低廉的方法．

Application of Zhu's Blind Intubation Devices to Difficult-intubation Patients

Objective To solve the prob1ems of difficult-intubat ion Method The intubations were finished under the help of esophagus-tracheal catheters and the direction of light. The light was led into from noses of the patients. Result 12 cases of difficult-intubation patients were intubated successfully with the Zhu's method.There were few complications in the intubations. Conclusion The Zhu's creative method is of high success rate and convenient to solve the problems of difficult-intubation.
