| 摘 要： | 目的：观察万拉法新治疗注意缺陷障碍（ADHD）的疗效与副反应。方法：前瞻性研究，对33例患者分别以万拉法新与利他林治疗，采用多动指数量表（CIH）及不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定疗效与副反应，治疗4周。结果：两组疗效，减分率差异无显著性，但万拉法新副反应较少而轻，依从性好。结论：万拉法新与利他林的疗效相似，不良反应少，安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of hyperactivity disorder of childhood. Method:33 patients with hyperactivity disorder of childhood were randomly treated with venlafaxine or ritaline for four weeks. Conners index of hyperactivity (CIH) and the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to assess the effect and side effects. Results:There was no significant difference in the therapeutic response between the two groups, but venlafaxine had significantly fewer side effects. Conclusion: Venlafaxine is an effective and safe drug to treat hyperactivity disorder of childhood. |
