| 摘 要： | 目的了解高职护生临床学习环境状况及影响因素，为改善临床学习环境、提高高职护生临床学习效果提供客观依据。方法对582名高职护生采用临床学习环境评价量表及临床学习环境影响因素问卷进行调查。结果高职护生的临床学习环境的人际关系、工作氛围、团队文化、学习参与性及任务定住、创新性、个性化维度评分为（22．24±4．33）～（25．64±3．91）分；高职护生对临床学习环境评价与高职护生学习任务定位、实习遇到困难时的解决方法、操作动手机会等呈显著相关（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论重视高职护生的参与性、创新性和个性化．定期对高职护生进行专业思想教育，可帮助其明确学习任务的定位，增加高职护生对当前临床学习环境的满意度。
