| 摘 要： | 目的 观察急性脑梗死患者体内凝血与纤溶系统状态。方法 分别采用双抗体夹心法和高效液相法对 38例不同程度神经功能缺损的急性脑梗死患者及 2 0名正常人的血浆vonwilleorand因子 (vWF :Ag)血小板α -颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP - 14 0 )、血浆D -二聚体 (D -Dimer)水平及尿纤维蛋白肽A(UFPA)进行检测。结果 急性脑梗死患者体内上述指标与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并随脑梗死程度的加重而增加。结论 急性脑梗死患者体内存在不同程度的血栓形成倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective To examineate the coagutation a nd fibiolysis condition in acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients.Metho ds The lerers of plasma von willebrand factor(vWF:Ag),GMP-140,D-Dime r were determind by louble-biotin-system ELISA and urine fiberinepeptide A(UFPA) by ion chromatography in 38 hospitalazed patientswith and acute cerebral infarct ion 20 nomal controls.Results There are significant diffe rences(P<0.05)between patients and controls in the vWF:Ag.GMP-140.D-Dimer and UFPA.Conclusion A hypercoagulable state was exited in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,especially in the severe renal fail ure. |
