| 摘 要： | 目的 观察慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变学指标的改变。方法 对70例慢性盆腔炎患者及40例正常对照组进行血液流变学指标检测。结果 慢性盆腔炎患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、全血还原粘度、血沉方程K值、红细胞聚集指数及刚性指数与正常对照组比较，均有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变学指标的改变，可引起机体代谢和功能失调。

| Abstract: | Objective:The change of hemorheology was studied in patients with chronic pelvic infection.Methods:Hemorheological parameters were determined in 70 cases of chronic pelvic infection, 40 cases of normal control.Results:Whole blood vicosity in high,middle and low shear rate,ESR,Hct,reductive viscosity in high and low shaer rate,plasma viscosity,ESR with K value,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index and red biood cell deformation in patients with chronic pelvic infection compared with the normal controls all have sighificant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:The patients with chronic pelvic infetion having hemorheological changes may cause metabolism and function disorder. |
